1. General

This Fulfillment & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through the website Negave.co.il (“Website”), operated by Negave Estate Ltd. number 516708351 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein, in addition to our Terms of Service.

We operate in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and applicable alcohol licensing regulations.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timeframes

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Business Days: Sunday–Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays.
• Orders received after 14:00 (2 PM) will be processed the next business day.
• In peak seasons or due to unforeseen supply chain delays, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

3. Delivery Service & Timeframes

• Delivery Areas: Throughout Israel, excluding territories where alcohol delivery is restricted by law.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 1–5 business days from dispatch, but may range from 10–30 days during peak seasons or weekends.
• Delivery Provider: Licensed courier services approved for alcohol transport.
• Delivery Attempts: If you are not available, the courier will arrange redelivery (additional fees may apply).

4. Age Verification

• Alcohol will only be delivered to recipients aged 18 years or older.
• The courier will request a valid Israeli ID, driver’s license, or passport upon delivery.
• If verification fails, the order will be returned, and a restocking fee of ₪25 plus delivery costs may apply.

5. Proof of Delivery

• The courier will record the recipient’s full name, signature, and ID number.
• Proof of delivery will be stored according to our Privacy Policy and may be provided to authorities when required.

6. Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by location/order size.
• Orders above ₪300 may qualify for free delivery.

7. Unfulfilled Orders & Refunds

If we cannot fulfill your order due to stock shortages or restrictions, you may choose:

• Full refund to the original payment method.
• Alternative product of equal value.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Delivery Restrictions

• No delivery to individuals under 18 years old.
• No delivery to public places/events unless permitted by law.
• No delivery to P.O. boxes or pickup points without in-person verification.
