Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the website Negave.co.il (“Website”), operated by Negave Estate Ltd., Company No. 516708351 (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, as amended from time to time.

1. Right to Cancel a Transaction

  • Timeframe: Cancellation may be requested within 14 days from the date of the transaction, or from the date of receiving the product, whichever is later.
  • Method of Cancellation: Request in writing via email to info@negave.co.il, by telephone at +972(0)54-7082916, or via a cancellation form if available on the Website.
  • Eligible Consumers: Extended cancellation rights of up to 4 months may apply to:
    • People with disabilities (as defined by law)
    • Senior citizens (age 65 and above)
    • New immigrants (within 5 years from immigration)
    This applies to verbal transactions (e.g., telephone orders) and requires submission of relevant documentation.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Alcoholic products that have been opened, damaged, or partially consumed are not eligible for cancellation, except in the case of a defect or delivery error.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For cancellations due to defect, damage, or supply inconsistency — a full refund will be issued, including delivery charges.
  • In all other cases, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted.

4. Return of Goods

  • Return products at your own expense to:

  • Returned goods must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

  • Perishable goods or items that deteriorate/expire rapidly.
  • Goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized products based on your request.
