TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Payment: Payment is due at time of purchase. 
  2. Delivery: Negave Iconic is expected to arrive in Israel, the US and Europe but is not guaranteed to arrive on any exact date. We expect delivery to take place within 18-24 months. 
  3. Risks: Risks include timing of delivery, but we guarantee that it will be delivered. Spirits purchased as Futures are non-refundable and purchases cannot be canceled for a full refund.
  4. Price Changes: Spirit futures prices can change at any time before final release due to supply and demand factors. It is a good idea to purchase the spirit immediately upon release. We may release Negave Iconic in tranches, meaning the first tranche will contain a limited quantity at the best price, with subsequent tranches potentially being more expensive.
  5. Delivery terms - Delivery will follow the legal and regulatory framework of the purchaser's location at the time of delivery.  Additional fees may be assessed for duties.
